I’ve had a few people ask about nut-free for school. Nut blends can be expensive and make it easy to overdo your daily allowance with many people unaware that we should only be eating a handful of nuts per day.
If you’re looking for a blend that is nut free for whatever reason, then try this one.

Just a quick note about potato starch. I use this brand, this is not an affiliate link, this is the brand I use:
Potato Starch (NOT potato flour) is one of the best sources of resistant starch with approximately eight grams in one tablespoon. Potato starch is generally well tolerated even by those who react adversely to nightshades.
Wheat isn’t the only grain available. If you suffer from headaches, fatigue, brain fog or just can’t lose that spare tyre around your middle then take the 6 weeks NO wheat challenge and see how much better you feel.
- 130g buckwheat flour
- 120g tapioca flour
- 90g potato starch (not flour)
- 60g coconut flour
- Measure all of the ingredients into a large bowl and whisk until thoroughly combined.
- Store in an airtight container in a cool dry place.
